Tennis courts, Cherry Creek State Park, H-mart, 9-mile light rail station. No more pets please, we have friendly ones already! No smoking of any kind. Tour and meeting roommates required, as well as background check through the management company.

3 adults, (23-36 ish), all working or in school and fairly busy. Occasional guests, always with prior heads-up to roommates, and no more than 10 per the lease, which is rare. Please expect to introduce yourself to each of the other tenants as part of the application process. Shared chores and backyard maintenance to keep the place nice for everyone! :)
