The Space & Perks: Your Room: Brand new, never lived in, with great natural light.

Your Bathroom: You will have your own dedicated bathroom (only shared occasionally if we have a rare guest over). Included: High-speed internet, trash, and full access to building amenity fees are all included in the rent.

Location: Unbeatable. We are steps away from The Collection, putting incredible restaurants, shopping, cafes, and entertainment right outside your door. Plus, you’ll have quick, easy access to the 101 freeway. We are the sole leaseholders and are renting out the spare room for a more cost-effective living arrangement. I have successfully shared housing before and value a smooth, respectful, and reliable dynamic.

Requirements: To keep everything official and secure for both sides, you will just need to apply directly through the leasing office to be added as an authorized occupant on the apartment paperwork.

About the Household & Timeline: Right now, it will just be you and me. I am a 35-year-old male working as an agronomist in the agricultural industry. Around September, my girlfriend (32, a medical doctor working locally) will be moving back from New York to join the household. We are clean, respectful, and hardworking professionals who appreciate a relaxed, peaceful home environment after a long day.
