Furnished private bedroom + private bathroom in a spacious home in the Sunfield community in Buda. Open to short term and longer term stays. Utilities included in monthly rent. Security deposit flexible depending on length of stay.
The room is furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, lamp, and large closet. Additional storage space available if needed. The bathroom is private and located downstairs.
Amazing community amenities like a lazy river (this is the best!), lap pool, walking trails, and dog park. 25-30 min to St. Edward’s, UT Austin, and Texas State. The home has fast WiFi and a fully fenced backyard.

You’d be living with two female roommates in their 30s who both work primarily from home. Both are active, clean, and respectful. The home also has 3 friendly dogs: a 9yr old Pittie Mix, 2yr old Black Mouth Cur, and 8yr old Maltese.
