Space to be rented includes 2 bedrooms and a den, all newly painted, with a private bathroom and a private entrance. Rental area has it’s own central AC unit and wood floors. Shared kitchen/dining area and laundry area and shared 425 sq. ft. game room with full refrigerator, microwave, pool table and 2 TVs. Includes internet, pest control, cleaning service 2xs per month, lawn service, alarm system and YouTubeTV subscription. Electric and water will be shared. Some furniture is available if desired: single bed, desk, chair, dresser bedside table with cabinet. Kitchen has all necessities (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) and game room is fully furnished. Perfect for the renter who doesn’t want to have to furnish a whole apartment or house.

Lease terms is month to month, paying rent constitutes renewal for next month. Renter or Landlord must give at least 30-days notice to cancel. No smoking in house. Cleaning service comes 2x/month, Renter must have rooms tidy enough so dusting and floors can be done.
