About the room

💛 4 bed/2 bath - one bedroom available (furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, and dresser), the bathroom for this is shared with one other roommate and guests. 💛 rent is $900/month (furnishing included) and $200 in utilities monthly 💛 house is furnished, decorated, and has all the pots, kitchen tools, baking gear, and sprinkles you could ever want! I was a food blogger so lots of fun items like a kitchenaid, ninja creami, etc. 💛 big backyard with furniture, but definitely has a need for plants and a garden if someone is interested in gardening! Would be a fun roomie project. 💛 I have a friendly orange cat. He is great with people, but not really other pets. So currently looking for those without pets at this time. 💛 I’m disabled and immunocompromised, so only folks who have been or are willing to be vaccinated and up to date on flu shots, etc. Willing to mask if sick, etc. 💛 looking for folks who want to build community if possible (I’m an ambivert) I’ve created and take part in many groups around sac, including queer craft club, sac romance book club, fattie baddies and babes, and more. 💛 no smoking in the house, but edibles, etc are def allowed. 💛 looking for clean, kind, silly folks!

About the roomies

I’m in my mid-thirties, love to craft, bake, read, and more cozy hobbies. I’m an ennegram 2, the caretaker, I love to make those around me feel loved and cared for and at ease. I usually find the person in the group that maybe needs help acclimating and help them ease in. I also love to socialize and make friends, but my chronic illness does mean I need downtime so I definitely give lots of space to those around me as well. A mix of independence too!
