The room is a huge spacious upstairs loft with tons of character and great natural light. You’d be sharing the home with two friendly, respectful women in their 20s/30s, and one sweet female lab mix. Cats are allowed! But no more doggies please.
The lease will end at the end of December, with an option to re-sign for another year. Also eligible to sublease whenever you want.

Monthly costs: • Rent: $1,038 • Water: ~$30 • Electric: ~$45–$75 (about $60 average) • Wi-Fi: $8 • Lawn care: ~$20 every 3–4 weeks during summer only

Natalie is 32 and a ceramic artist. She likes nature activities and will actually be taking an artist residency in Italy this summer so she will be gone for 2 months while you move in!
Kelsie is 29 and works from home. She is Rose’s mom and likes to enjoy wine nights and self care nights as well as go out once in a while with her girlfriends.
Both roomies are THE BEST roomates and I want to make sure I give them a good replacement! We valuable a clean and quiet home. Nobody really parties here and we always text each other if we plan on having someone over.
