Looking for 1 male to move-in IMMEDIATELY to our fully-remodeled 3 bedroom house in North Phoenix off of Thunderbird and the I-17.
Rent is $900 + utilities/wifi
You have your own room + shared NEWLY remodeled bathroom. The room is very spacious, you have a big closet as well.
The entire house has been remodeled, we have in-unit laundry, a community pool/hottub and a spacious backyard. We have a giant TV in our family room and we enjoy watching sports, comedy, good movies on a weekend.
My roommate Kam and I have been living together for a little over 2 years, we’re super easygoing guys! Kam works for GCU during the day and I’m a musician who mostly works at night and on weekends (I work from home during the day).
