Hey what’s up! My roommate and I (Lou) have a pretty nice spot near the center of Dover, and its not too noisy from traffic on the main road. We’re looking for someone to move-in as soon as possible as our third roommate recently moved out. The apartment is a duplex so we share the lawn with the other side. I posted the pictures from the original apartment listing but my roommate and I have most of the place furnished so I can send more pictures if need be!

The bedroom is not furnished though so you would have to do that yourself. Here’s a few nice things about the place:

We have a dishwasher, sink disposal, washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and the other downstairs We only pay for electricity (about $120-$140) and wifi ($40) We have a small porch and the lawn is pretty big with some tree coverage. We got a small garden going too.

If you’re a student, the drive is a 10 minute straight shot from here to Durham. Pretty convenient if you have a car.

I (M/24) currently work at UNH for a lab and my roommate Lou (NB/24) works for Wentworth Douglass as a medical assistant.

We’re both pretty chill, we don’t party regularly but we like to have the occasionally friend/group over. Totally happy to meet new people and have fun gatherings at the house. We’re pretty flexible on chores but we do like to keep the place relatively clean, definitely happy to do our parts.

I’m a pretty active cook, and love to experiment with fun cooking/baking projects. I’m also very active, and like going to the gym, hiking, climbing and occasionally going out to the bars.

(Lou) I’m a medical assistant changing jobs at the moment from Manchester to the Dover area, and I have a partner up north who I visit regularly, so I’d say I’m out of the house pretty often. That said, I’m happy to hang out at home and do activities together- been working on building the garden this spring, and I also enjoy cooking, crafting, movies, etc.

The start date of our lease is July 1st, but we are looking for a potential roommate to move in as soon as they can, since our roommates have left before the end of this year’s. Please reach out and see if we’d all be a good fit!
