About the room
Large 4 bed/2bath, two story house in the Wrigley Heights area of Long Beach. Close to Metro Line, Bixby Knolls and Downtown Long Beach. Bike Path accessible. Large backyard with Pool and Lounge Deck. No dogs or cats living in the house but Dogs welcome. Unfortunately no cats due to allergies. Shared laundry/garage for storage and front living room that is rarely used that can double as a partial office for potential roommate.
About the roomies
Currently two women living in the house, one potentially moving out in the summer. Both women live upstairs with own bathroom. Late 20’s/40’s. Quiet, non smokers but 420 friendly in outdoor spaces.
