About the room
2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, deck, pool and hot tub, and gym facilities. it’s also right next to the Rohnert Park Smart Train station :-)
Apartment is around 900 square feet and you’d be sharing it with just me and my two friendly kitties. You would have your own private bathroom in the bedroom. Bedroom comes unfurnished; rest of apartment is already furnished. Because I have two cats, I’d prefer someone with no animals but maybe a small dog would be okay if it can get along w cats. Strictly no other cats though, sorry.
*Will add photos of living space this weekend but unfortunately not the bedroom. It’s currently occupied by my housemate who will be moving out around late July.
About the roomies
Hi there! I’m a 28 year old working a full time office job and am overall easygoing :-) I would prefer living with a woman or queer individual (basically somewhat trying to avoid a cis heterosexual man.. but still open to the possibility!). I enjoy hanging out and chatting or watching tv w my housemate(s) but I also respect privacy and enjoy a good amount of alone time. I’m not a loud housemate but I’m also not weird about noise and not easy to upset lol. I have two strictly indoor kitties who are my world and they would likely try to sit on your lap if you’re okay w that! I don’t mind if you have guests over (within reason ofc, not trying to have a third unofficial housemate). Little extra about me if it helps: I’m left leaning, enjoy dancing on the weekends, and i love puzzles, board games, movies, and tv shows lol.
