About the room
Bed in room is missing. The room has, as shown in pictures, a DRESSER, SMALL ROLLTOP DESK, ONE END TABLE, 3 LAMPS, 1 CHAIR, and should hence be listed as ‘partially furnished’, however that option was not given at this site. I am able to supply sheets, pillows and bedspread, as well as towels. Room has a HUGE (!) -large shelved walk in closet, and Private bath (w. shower). Access to whole house, living rooms, kitchen, utility room, screen room. I want roomie to feel that this home is his/her home as well ! (Looking for somebody who is not all too picky with food, as I am likely to supply some on an ongoing basis…although this is ‘unofficial’, not part of rental agreement.) Close to 41& 491 in Quail Run. Nice community with extra large pool, also tennis. Available immediately.
