Hi there! Looking for a new roommate in Catonsville by 6/30 for a 9/1 lease (the complex likes to plan ahead and so do I). You’d be taking the bedroom circled. It is the larger of the two and features a walk-in closet. Bedroom is unfurnished, living space is fully furnished. Close to UMBC and downtown Catonsville for restaurants and shopping. Lease is 1 year with option to renew. $1040/month + half the BGE bill (~116 per person per month). Includes water, trash, internet, in-unit laundry (washer and dryer both replaced within the past 2 years), off-street parking, snow plowing, and pool pass at the sister complex nearby). Building is keypad secured. No smoking of any kind, including 420. Ideally no pets, but open to cats and potentially the right dog. I’ve lived here for almost 5 years. It’s a great place to live with great management and great maintenance response time (think 20 minutes after calling after hours and fixed the problem within 5 mins). Happy to answer any questions!
