About the room
A decently sized single bedroom featuring a built-in closet and excellent natural light from three windows. The room comfortably fits a bed and a full desk or desktop setup, and it conveniently comes furnished with two dressers. Most importantly, the bedroom door is equipped with a secure lock to ensure your complete privacy.
The house itself features two bathrooms and includes high-speed internet in the living arrangements. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer that is completely free to use. Residents share several comfortable common spaces, which come fully equipped with tables, a TV and DVD player, and extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen is also a fully shared space with plenty of room for cooking.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near a local elementary school.
About the roomies
Both the other Tenant and I are young men and have differing schedules. Generally friendly and active. I will generally be in a shared space or out and about for one reason or another, and the other Tenant stays in their room for the most part.
