About the room

Hi everyone, I am looking for 1 roommate to move into a house with me in the Oakdale area.

1 master bedroom with private bathroom available early/mid July — $1,000/mo

Location: About 10–15 minutes from Uptown, 15 minutes from Northlake, and 18–20 minutes from Southend.

About the house:

Two-story home
WiFi and cable included in rent; all other utilities split between roommates
I have a cat and an Aussie, so no additional pets please

About the roomies

About us: There are currently two of us in the house — we’re friends but very much respect each other’s space and privacy. We’re both type B, so we get it if life gets a little messy, but we keep the common areas clean and pull our weight around the house. We’re looking for someone who fits that same laid back but considerate energy.

About me: I’m 25, pretty quiet, and keep to myself, but I’d love to have a roommate I can actually be friends with. I’m a homebody — between school and work, I spend a lot of time at home. I love cooking and usually meal prep for the week, and my hobbies include reading, writing, junk journaling, board games, TV, and walking my dog. I don’t have people over too often, but when I do I’m respectful of my roommates.

I am preferably looking for a female roommate, but feel free to reach out regardless and we can chat!
