Quiet home on 2 fully fenced acres in Lakeside with a rural, country feel. The room for rent is fully furnished and move in ready. Bathroom is shared but has a nice layout with the sink area and toilet/shower separated by a door. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

The kitchen is dedicated gluten free due to health reasons. There’s a big yard with a smaller fenced in area out back, covered parking near the front of the property, and washer and dryer in the garage. All utilities included (electric, water, internet, trash, sewage, recycling). Internet is solid and the house is quiet, so it works well for remote work.

Dakota and Cody are family, both in their 30s. Dakota is a teacher and is home over the summers, and Cody works remotely so he’s usually around. Both quiet and low key. Cody is into gaming, racing sims, and music. Dakota spends her time working on the house, gardening, crocheting, and playing games. Day to day it’s a calm house, with friends and family visiting for holidays and the occasional get together. Very LGBTQ+ friendly. Pretty laid back and don’t party, but not rigid about it either. Two pets, a senior cat and a small friendly dog (about 10 lbs). Overnight guests are welcome as long as everyone’s respectful. Looking for a good fit!
