I am looking for someone to take over a lease from 6/1/26-12/31/26 in a furnished condo in Sarasota Palms. The complex offers a lot of amenities for residents and free WiFi is included. The condo is a first floor unit with a screened porch directly across from the pool and clubhouse which has a nice gym. There is a pond with a paver walkway around it with access to the dog park for residents only. The property management really makes an effort to keep the grounds clean. It is situated close to downtown and an easy drive to Siesta Key. The condo is owned by two snowbirds who occupy it January-March. If you like the complex, Iām happy to make an introduction to the property manager to inquire about longer term rentals starting 1/1/27.
