About the room
Bedroom in a small 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Currently my roommate still lives there but will be moving out soon. We are a couple, like to smoke & have friends over, and have a cat. Looking for someone our age (18-24, ideally) who just needs a place to live and can be civil & friendly. We have a full kitchen and all appliances, couch & TV. The lease ends in October, and we may continue living here or move to a bigger apartment in the complex.
About the roomies
Me (Corvin) and my boyfriend (Brynnan), both 19yrs, are living here with our roommate and she’s moving out soon, so we need another roommate to help with rent. Our cat Milo is friendly (he will sit on your lap once he trusts you) but does get into things sometimes, so trash and food CANNOT be left out or he will ravage it in his gluttonous rage. We like to smoke (and share it), play video games & watch TV, do music & art & cooking/baking sometimes.
