Looking for someone to take over my lease until early December with an option to renew. This is a two bed, one full bathroom and a half bathroom on the first floor. The rooms are very spacious with a really large closet. The place was recently renovated and has fully electric so you can get a cheaper SDGE rate as well. There’s a second empty room which hasn’t been filled yet so it’d be just you in the place and you don’t have to pay anything additional. I have a video from the landlord of the place if interested.

There’s one dedicated parking spot right infront of the unit and is pretty close to and the UTC trolley stop (~15min walk). There’s a park right out the door with a lot of tables perfect for gatherings and such.

Rent for the room is $1400 with water included. Electric and internet are separate.

I’m looking to move back up to LA area for work, so I’ll be leaving the area but nobody else is currently in the property.
