• Five minutes drive to the Stonestown Galleria Shopping Center.
• The Golden Gate Park is only five minutes drive away.
• The two quiet, retired landlords live on the second floor of the house
• Public buses are available nearby
• No parking space provided, street parking
• We have a no-pet and no smoking policy
• Monthly utilities shared among two landlords and one roommate
• The lease term is 9 months or 12 months. Sorry, no 6 months lease
• Move-in fees: one month security deposit, and the first month’s rent
