Looking for someone to take over a single room in a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment just off Samish Way near Boomer’s, roughly 10 minute walk to downtown.

The rent is $750 per month before electric and wifi, and plenty of free on-site parking. The available room is unfurnished and the largest one of the three, plus there’s a balcony. The rest of the apartment has pretty much everything you need, kitchen appliances, couch, TV, dining room table, etc.

The lease would start on Sept. 1, 2026 and run through Aug. 31, 2027.

You would join two guys in their mid-20’s who are friends and hang out together, play sports/board games, go out, watch movies, etc, of course free to join, but not a requirement if that’s not your thing. Ideally looking for another male in the same age range, but open to anyone. We try to keep the place tidy too, so cleanliness is a big thing. We aren’t too loud either, but often hang out with friends, sometimes at the apartment so we’re more than open to negotiating quiet hours.
