This is a nice, quiet Townhome area with only about 8 units in the whole place. Brand new buildings. There is also a small backyard. Nice open floor plan as well! Water is included in rent. The only utilities are electric and wifi which average out to be about $100 a month. I have it furnished already, but you would be more than welcome to add your own things to the shared place. It is a two bedroom one bath unit. The rooms are exactly the same size. A little on the smaller side, but still plenty of room. You can message me for photos of the room.
