Hey! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for our chill, sunlight-filled home in the Othello/New Holly neighborhood of South Seattle. The household is fragrance free and nonsmoking (420 friendly as long as indoors stays smoke free). LGBTQ+ friendly, allies welcome! Our values of collaboration and community include a COVID cautious lifestyle, so we’re looking for someone who is willing to take increased COVID precautions 🙏🏼🙅‍♀️🤧 We both mask in all public indoor spaces, are up to date on vaccines and boosters, and test if we have symptoms or might be exposed. Guests and gatherings are welcome, we just ask for people to mask/test.

• Super convenient location! 5min walk to Othello light rail station. 106, 36, 50, 7, and 9 also nearby. 5-10min walk to Safeway, Vietnamese grocery, and lots of small businesses. Quiet tree-lined block next to Othello Playground. 15min walk to library, community garden, Chief Sealth trail.

Room is available now so we would prefer June move-in, but can be flexible.

Unfortunately we can’t have dogs or any more cats, but welcome any other pets you might have.
