Newly renovated 2-bedroom ranch on a quiet street near the lake with a big backyard and a super cozy vibe. Word on the street is the roommate (me) is REALLY cool too sooooo… lolllllll jk 😎

My friend and her fiancé (truly two of the best people I know) recently renovated the entire place, so everything is basically brand new. I’m packing up my current spot now and will be moving in sometime around mid-June!

This definitely has more cozy home vibes that an overpriced apartment complex could never (haha jk). All of the common spaces will be fully furnished and ready to go, so you’d really just need to bring yourself and whatever you want for your room! If you’d prefer a furnished bedroom, I can probably make that happen too.

The neighborhood is really peaceful, and we’re only a block or two from the water. And if water isn’t your thing, Lippold Park (with walking trails, sports fields, and all the good outdoor stuff) is literally right down the street. I’ll be there every day at least once haha!

• Into music, coffee (obviously hahaha), watching documentaries, art/journaling/any type of craft, creative DIY projects, making spaces feel cozy, my friends, pretending to be a domestic housewife ANDDDDD… last but not least… board games and Skip-Bo lol
• Respectful, communicative, and considerate in shared spaces! I have great roommate reviews haha! It’s worth mentioning that I like keeping things relatively clean/organized but without being intense about it
• Big fan of a peaceful, drama-free home environment
• I’ve been alcohol-free for five years, mainly because I’d rather be drinking a Shirley Temple over a cocktail 100% of the time time. If you drink, or don’t, I’m very normal about it :)
• Have a super sweet mid-sized dog + a tiny older cat who are both my ride or dies. Being pet-friendly is important but ideally looking for someone without pets.. just to keep things a little simpler logistics-wise
• Looking for someone easygoing, financially responsible, kind, and wanting a comfortable, stable place to land
