I’m 44 and divorced. My son lives here every other weekend. I also have a dog. I dont party and rarely drink. I keep my area clean and expect the same from my roommate. I’m not ocd and dont expect your area to be perfect but prefer you dont collect garbage. You will have the entire basement, which consists of a bedroom, large family room and storage. Only problem is the laundry room is also downstairs
