I am looking for someone to takeover my lease (1 bedroom in this 3bd 2bth apartment). Its a very comfortable private room with a big shared open space as well. Kitchen and living room are fairly big, with a tiny balcony as well. Apartment comes with a dining table and sofa + coffee table. Bedroom comes with bed, drawers, side table and a desk. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate and parking spot is 200$ a month. Additional perks to this place: -Rooftop!! -4 min walk from light rail station -8-10ish minute walk from UW campus -lots of food spots right down the block! -2 minute walk from Safeway -decent nightlife in the area -5 minute drive from freeway access

Roommates are also looking for others to takeover their lease so if you have friends interested let me know! If not, roomies will likely be random (but students).
