Room for rent at my house in Manchester, looking for young professional in his 20s to live with my current roommate and myself! -Room is in 3 bed, 2 bath house with a recently updated kitchen, also has a nice front porch and back deck. -Conveniently located 5 minute drive from Downtown and a 10 minute walk from T. Pott Bridge/James River Parks System -Room has both closet and small attic space for additional storage -Both onsite and plenty of street parking are available.
Rent is $800/month +1/3 of utilities for the house. Room is available for a 12 month lease starting in June or July, no pets are allowed
About the roomies
The other roommate and myself are both young professionals in our mid 20s, we prioritize having a clean house and respect between roommates, looking to have someone in the house who values that.
