My home is located on the Southside five minutes from the Avenues Mall in the (Duval County). The community has a pool, tennis court and clubhouse in addition to walking trails. Monthly rent might be reduced a bit for the right roomie fit

I am a 70 yr. old recently widowed white male who is now retired. I do smoke cigarettes however strictly on the patio. No exceptions. I am just looking to supplement my income and help someone else with a safe place to reside.
