About the room

Has a small cement patio out back! You would be getting a pretty large room, very close to Walmart, safeway, and bimart. Bus stop right across the street! Some friendly neighborhood cats out back, it’s a pretty calm area. The room is carpeted and I will be getting pictures of it soon! I have some pictures of it decorated currently if you are interested as well :) 🌞

About the roomies

You would be taking my place so living with my roommate. Super friendly, very accommodating, very communicative, never had an issue! He works from home part of the week and is pretty quiet the most you’ll hear from him is maybe a streamer on the tv quietly :)
