About the room

We have a room available in our 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Tri-level home in the paradise valley area. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. All bedrooms are upstairs and include walk-in closets. Parking is available in the driveway. We cover internet and trash, water/gas is split amongst the house. We also have a nice man cave, game room, and sunroom (currently weights/table tennis).

About the roomies

In addition to my wife and I we currently rent two bedrooms to two reliable male roommates who have been with us for years. We have two friendly smaller dogs that love meeting new people. Our ages range from 25-29. We enjoy PC gaming, tcgs, and tabletop games. We also love grilling meat when the weather is nice.
