This is a 3 story townhouse in center Anchorage with easy access to any area you need. You can be on UAA campus, downtown, on Dimond, all within 10 minutes, or on base within 15 minutes.

There is a two car heated garage for winters, one space is already taken by my car.

It has a very up to date kitchen that makes it very easy to cook meals. Kitchen is fully furnished with my own pots, pans, utensils, dishes, anything you could want and is free to be used for whatever.

There are two areas that function as living rooms, one on the main story with the kitchen, and one downstairs by the garage, allowing for more privacy if desired. There is an Apple TV in both that will have access to streaming services you may use, however I cannot promise the consistency of which services I will maintain or not.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in it that can be used whenever you need.

Your bedroom would be on the third floor with no shared walls to anyone else. There is a third bedroom next to it, however it is unused other than storage for now. The bedroom can either be kept empty or furnished with the nightstand, bed, cube shelf, and storage ottoman shown in the photos, depending on your needs.

There is a personal full bath for your use across the hall from the bedroom.

I do not have a pet of my own due to my schedule, however I am very welcoming of any you might have! There is a fenced in front yard for any dogs that you may have, though it is a three story house. If your animals are older or have joint issues, it could be worth considering the daily effect of walking up and down the stairs to get outside.

Hi! I am Spencer and I own the house that this room is in. I currently live alone and have found the place to be a little empty for my liking. I work in the Alaska Air National Guard with 12 hour shifts that are either 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM. When I am on nights, I will do everything in my power to stay silent and out of the way while you sleep. I can easily do this by utilizing the living room downstairs and staying in my bedroom where most of my video games are kept.

I play lots of games, I enjoy nerdy hobbies like Magic the Gathering, board games, and DnD. I love to cook often and will most likely offer you just about every meal I make, though it does not hurt my feelings if you do not want it.

I do not have people over often, if ever, though I do not mind if you want to host people every once in a while. While I do enjoy going out of the house to do things, I also often find myself to be a homebody who enjoys staying comfy on the weekends as well.

I had a roommate from this site a while back and found the experience to be well worth it. She was unironically one of the coolest people I’ve met and am excited to meet others as well!
