Rent is $595 for your bedroom & total of utilities split four ways - it’s myself and two others, looking for another working professional or student who’d be able to sign a one year lease to fill the fourth spot.

Only thing we ask is that you don’t bring crazy parties here, that you’ve held a job for at least one year, you’re good vibes and clean up after yourself.

It’s a full house with central air and stocked with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and plenty of space.

Room currently has some furnishing - futon, dresser, loft bed - can keep these things if you’d like or we can get rid of it for you

No more pets allowed - must be comfortable with dogs, we have a 1 year old Golden Retriever - she’s a sweetheart though.
