I am currently renting out a spare bedroom and bathroom in my three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the historic Old Town area of Scottsdale. The rental includes all utilities and garage parking. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, and a dresser. My home is conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and parks.

I’m a 28-year-old young professional who doesn’t work from home. I don’t have any children or pets. I’m very clean and respect people’s privacy. In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, working out at the gym, spending time with family and friends, and traveling the world.
