Hello! I’m trying to sublet/have someone take over the remainder of my one bedroom, one bathroom apartment from June to August due to a locational job change. I hade originally signed a lease form Aug 2025 through Aug 2026, however have since started a new job that’s 45 mins away and driving has been rough. Full Apartment to yourself until Aug 15th :). I am a nurse and job fluctuations happen. I’m currently looking to move asap but am hoping to have someone take over my lease for the few months I’m obligated to be here. There’s always the opportunity to stay longer if you like the place! It could also be a temporary relocation opportunity. The pictures featured include my furniture that I willing to leave in the apartment should it make the transition easier for a potential candidate. The complex is quiet with mostly families, I have never had any issues while living here with management or disturbances. I love the concierge garbage pickup form your door. I’m new to Sacramento, originally from Sonoma County. Its been a bit of a transition trying to figure out which part to settle down in, I didn’t realize how far all of the different towns are! I’m a single female who works a lot and is trying to find a more comfortable living situation that fits my daily commute.
