We’re in a clean and safe neighborhood. In demand location central to restaurants, mall, performing arts center & 24 hr fitness and South Coast Plaza Mall.

Keeping it peaceful, safe and non-judgemental atmosphere here is mandatory.

You’ll have full house usage of kitchen, laundry, pool, backyard, dinning room and living room. No smoking inside the house. House shared with me and 3 females. We all get along well and also keep to ourselves with positive vibe. Street parking space avail in front of house.

Room has a twin bed, tv and your own closet. Shared bath with the roommate. It’s a plus if you have experience living with a male roommate before. I invite you to talk on the phone first if we vibe well then invite you to come look at the room and meet my female roommates before deciding. We want to make sure your energy fits well with the house :)

Me the male live in landlord in the master bedroom, Marcelo 55, an award winning salsa & tango dance teacher and relationship healer. Joyce 60, simi retired former care giver, likes gardening and relaxing. Xante 37, works in call center full time and likes to stay in on weekends. Other female housemate just moved out due to loosing job. We all have good chemistry and keep up with the cleaning of the house even when we keep to ourselves.
