About the room
I am renting my nice and comfortable master bedroom with own private bath, large walking closet and granite countertop. Apartment has vinyl flooring throughout with an extended outdoor deck where you can sit and enjoy scenery or a good conversation. Fitness center is onsite and other amenities. Apartment is located near running/walking track and located just a few miles from Joint Base Andrews Air Force Base and major shopping areas. Apartment will be share only with me and I am just renting one room with private bath. You will have access to kitchen and common areas such as the living room and back yard landing. Rent does not including utilities but you will enjoy the available amenities as well as social scenery. Come share this place with me.
About the roomies
Apartment will only be share with me. No other roommate live in the house. Visitor traffic should be limited. The goal is to provide a peaceful place that occupant can enjoy.
