Property is situated in Bluemont, at the intersection of the Custis Trail and Washington & Old Dominion trail. 1 mile from Ballston. 1 mile from East Falls church. Short walk to the bus stop. Immediate access to protected bike trails going directly to both metro stops

The house is 5 bed, 2 bath with a 3 tier back yard. Plenty of space for hosting guests. We also have patio furniture, firepit, hammock, and a small vegetable garden that we will be gradually expanding.

Month to month lease, no security deposit. No utility bill. All covered by the landlord.

We are living room people! We are very social and often will hang out and chitchat/watch movies/game in the living room before and after work.

We also are friends with the neighbors and have them over/go over to their house regularly.

We also throw seasonal parties a few times a year hosting 20-40 people.

Bonfire nights in the yard with friends and coworkers happen maybe twice a month.

We are all restaurant workers so our sleep schedules usually run around midnight to 1am bedtime most nights.

We also share alot of basics like certain groceries, drinks, streaming platforms, things like that!

We are hoping to find someone who shares the vision! If you’d rather keep to yourself though thats alright as well, we have a downstairs den as well for anyone who wants a separate living room space
