We have one room available in a 4bd 1bath apartment in East Somerville. The apartment is super close to the orange line, but also walking distance to the green line. Street parking is available, and we have in unit laundry and a gorgeous patio. Water is included, but other bills are not. We have one cat, Remy.

The three of us currently living in this apartment are all girls in our 20s and working professionals. We are all pretty good friends with each other (even though we didn’t know each other at all before moving in), and would love a roommate who would also like to be friends!
