Located off of the 60, the house has a beautiful view of the Superstitions and quick access to the local Frys and freeway along with hiking close by. The room is spacious (please mind the dust as the prior tenant finishes their move out), with a shared common area and kitchen. The house is quiet with one other tenant and myself, with one cat who roams the house and master bedroom. Laundry room is available with space for a car on the side spot of the house, street parking, and a space in the back for more added privacy. There is an attached office and attic for added storage space if not able to keep all personal belongings in the room itself.

It is myself and one other tenant. We both are reasonably quiet with the one tenant having their routines, reading, enjoying their meditation outside. As for myself I’m relatively quiet as well usually going between my girlfriends house, work, friends, or mini trips throughout the state
