About the room
A large room that occupies most of the basement with a private full bathroom, separate refrigerator in the common area, and semi-private entrance. The other residents only use the downstairs area to access the laundry room that adjoins the common area. The shared kitchen is upstairs, though a microwave is furnished for downstairs use. The backyard is fenced in, so good for someone with a dog or small child. There is a spare queen bed available for use but the basement is otherwise unfurnished. The background check will need to be run by our property manager rather than what is offered on this site.
About the roomies
Currently we have one adult male, one adult female, one male toddler, and one female dog (~55lb) living in the home. We would prefer a short-term (~4-6 months) non-smoking roommate, but full term (~12 months) will also be considered.
