About the roomies

Important to read: Im the only other person you’d be living with, Im NOT LGBTQ friendly, I dont want to live with anyone who supports that movement. No past or current felonies regardless of past history no exceptions. No serious misdemeanors outside of traffic, traffic infractions/misdemeanors are ok. No drugs (including weed) allowed, I can loose my job being around drugs or people with criminal convictions so I must take that seriously. I’m a smoke and alcohol free apartment. However, I’m an easy going guy. Im quiet and respectful you won’t have problems with me. I also have a cat, just a heads up if you’re allergic to cats. Good news for you there is no down-payment just the rent. However you must pay $45 for an application fee to my apartment. Once your approved you then must pay an additional $75. That’s not coming from me, thats my apartment telling me that. But that beats having to pay $1400, if you’re interested message me and I’ll sent you the info for the application.
