Important to read: Im the only other person you’d be living with. Im a Christian conservative guy, looking for another Christian male. Im NOT LGBTQ friendly, I dont want to live with anyone who supports that movement. No past or current felonies regardless of past history no exceptions. No serious misdemeanors outside of traffic, traffic infractions/misdemeanors are ok. No drugs allowed regardless, No exceptions that includes weed. I can loose my job being around drugs or people with criminal convictions so I must take that seriously. No smoking allowed, im a smoke free apartment. I don’t drink, but I’m not going to necessarily say no alcohol allowed. However, no being drunk allowed inside the apartment that includes your room. You want to get drunk do that on your own time but you better be sober when you return. Now that the rules are out of the way. Im an easy going guy just dont break my rules and we will get along fine. Im quiet and respectful you won’t have problems with me. I also have a cat, just a heads up if you’re allergic to cats. Good news for you there is no down-payment just the rent. However you must pay $45 for an application fee to my apartment. Once your approved you then must pay an additional $75. That’s not coming from me, thats my apartment telling me that. But that beats having to pay $1400, if you’re interested message me and I’ll sent you the info for the application.
