Looking for a roommate to join me in renewing the lease on a well-located duplex in Vancouver. Lease renews 5/31/26, though an earlier move-in may be possible.

ABOUT ME I work from home and am generally pretty laid back, clean, communicative, and easy to live with. I’m active in the local circus and flow arts community and occasionally host small backyard gatherings for juggling, flow arts, music, and creative hangs.

I have a dog and an outdoor cat.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR • Employed • Able to sign a 1-year lease • Able to show income around $1,500+/month to satisfy lease requirements • Preferably age 25–40 • Respectful, grounded, and easygoing

Pets are welcome (additional pet rent applies unless waived through ESA documentation).

Moderate drinking and marijuana are okay. No smoking indoors or hard drug use.

Open-minded household — just looking for good humans and a compatible living situation.
