About the room

Private Room Fully furnished in a 4/2 house that is in a small quiet subdivision. It is located near the Downtown Winter Garden area. All common areas are available to use during normal hours. Laundry, Kitchen, porch and fenced in yard. I do have a dog and small bird that live and roam around in the house. Both very friendly.

About the roomies

I own the house and live there I am a 52 year male teacher. I have two other roommates both are 30. We all have full time jobs and other activities that keep us out of the house a lot. Everyone is respectful and polite of the other housemates.
