My sister and I own this home. I live in the basement while she occupies one of the upstairs bedrooms. There’s also a woman who rents the smaller upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is available and ready for you to move in. Because everyone living upstairs is a woman, the preference would be for a prospective tenant to be a woman as well. All of us are young professionals in our 30’s, we are very respectful, friendly and clean.
