About the room
I moved into the house by myself and realized I honestly don’t have much use for the third bedroom, so I’m looking for a roommate. Rent would be $650 a month flat, and that includes everything: utilities, WiFi, etc. No separate bills or surprise costs. The actual rent for the house is $1,550 before utilities, so I’ll still be paying the larger portion myself. I’m mainly just looking for someone reliable, respectful, and easy to live with.
About the roomies
Im a pretty simple 26 year old guy. I work in the military and usually keep to myself. Sometimes I have company over but its a bit rare. I mostly keep to myself inside my office playing video games
