**This apartment room will only be available until August 16th, so this would be ideal for people looking for short-term accommodations! Mallard Properties is amazing, I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and it’s been fantastic. The staff are super receptive and helpful to all questions and concerns. The apartments are within a 10-minute walking distance of the University of Oregon campus, and many other college students live in the area so some people living in neighboring apartment complexes and condos might get a little wild, but it’s never disrupted my personal life.

I will be moving out in the beginning of June this year and I would like to find someone who can take my place so my roommate Sam doesn’t have to pay the full rent by themselves! Sam is super nice, chill, and helpful around the apartment. They value communication on schedules, cleaning plans, and are open to a friendship or a more relaxed roommate relationship.
