New home. I have 2 extra rooms available in Buckeye. 1 room is furnished with a new queen size frame and new mattress plus small desk. 1 room is unfurnished. All rooms have ceiling fans. You would have your own full bathroom located next to the room since youre the only roomie and use of washer and dryer. Plenty of parking and a huge back yard with desert landscaping. The kitchen has all new appliances and fully stocked. The living room has a comfy couch and wall mounted tv. Top tier wifi. Garage may fit 1 additional car.
