I’ve secured a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Aurum in Irvine and am looking for a roommate to start a new lease together in June! The community features resort-style amenities including a stunning pool/spa area, modern fitness center, outdoor lounges with BBQs, and resident clubhouse. The apartment itself offers contemporary finishes, in-unit laundry, and a fantastic layout perfect for roommates.

Located in a prime Irvine spot with easy access to major employers and a quick commute to Costa Mesa (where I work). The neighborhood offers excellent walking paths, numerous cafes and restaurants within reach, and all the conveniences you’d expect from Irvine living. Shopping, entertainment, and outdoor recreation options abound nearby. It’s an ideal location for professionals who value both accessibility and quality of life in Orange County!

I’ll be the only other person living in the apartment! I’m a full-time working professional commuting to Costa Mesa, which is why Irvine’s location is perfect. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and value good communication. I don’t have any pets and maintain a fairly active lifestyle.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the area, particularly discovering new cafes and going for walks. I’m looking forward to finding a roommate who might be interested in occasionally trying new restaurants or activities around Irvine together, though I also completely respect personal space and independent schedules. I’m easygoing but responsible when it comes to apartment upkeep and financial obligations.
