Room can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished by request. Upto 4 roomies will share a full bath w/ double sinks & a half bath. Each room has 1 dedicated parking spot in driveway.

Internet & all other utilities are included (EXCEPT electric which is divided by all roomies).

Access to: shared living room with a big screen TV, laundry (washer/dryer on-site) & kitchen, including a refrigerator will be provided (to be shared with one other roomie, a personal mini fridge in the room is also acceptable).

House temperature is kept comfortable year round, especially during the summer!

Pets are negotiable. Cannabis friendly (in your room or outside only), cigarette smoking OUTSIDE ONLY.
