The furnished room is nice size (12x10) in Sandy Springs with queen size bed, chest of drawers, desk, 1 night stand, 3 lamps and unshared bathroom directly across hall and only used by room renter.

The apartment has wifi, full kitchen, microwave, and washer & dryer, which you are welcome to use. Rent $785/ month.

Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are about $250 total and are shared 50/50.
The complex is very quiet, clean, and has no crime. Marta Sandy Springs station is close by, which has covered parking.
Room is available because current renter who has been here 3+ years has accepted employment out of state. She is happy to provide reference of living here.

I am a divorced father, hardworking, quiet, and clean. This is a purely business relationship. I have teenage daughters who come for weekly meals and monthly weekends. They use my bathroom when they visit.
