About the room

Private room and en-suite bathroom, 2 blocks from Light street. Utilities are generally about 150/month. Also includes back porch, roof deck and basement for storage! Iā€™m looking for a housemate starting June 1st. Shared living room, kitchen and exercise room. Bikes are not a requirement but I do have a spare bike rack!

About the roomies

Iā€™m an engineer and otherwise pretty active. I keep common areas pretty tidy, and cook fairly regularly. I generally prefer a quiet night in but definitely enjoy the odd night out, especially given how close we are to everything light street has to offer.
